THE CLOUD is a project in collaboration with Julien Britnic for BINAR 2019 - an art, design & technology exhibition in Bucharest organised by The Institute. The project is a mixed-media installation on the recent issue of online data privacy, the data cloud leaks alluding to a Data Climate Change! The installation consists of a series of layers: the physical cloud, the data leak rain of profile photos, the poem on the wall and the immaterial AR mobile application. Developed by talented Dragos Vasiloaia aka Cuscrew, the AR application is connecting all the dots by interacting with the public and raising awareness in regards to the online privacy issues.
